What is Internet Advertising?
In the last approximate ten years the Communications has gone thru various changes, in which at this year, 2010, is still going on. Within the Internet birth, as a new Communications Media everybody is experimenting a different way to communicate, find data and interact with people all over the world. With the Internet as a new communications media, the business world has not been the exception to the adaption of this media as a new tool for the success of their businesses.
The Internet Advertising is a new way for business to expose, promote and inform the world about their products and or services. To define the term, I start describing the meaning of Interactive, which is a characteristic of Internet. Merriam-Webster defines it as anything that is “mutually or reciprocally active; of, relating to, or being a two way electronic communication system (as cable television, telephone or a computer) that involves a user’s orders (as for information or merchandise) or responses (as to a poll).” Internet Advertising includes techniques that can open up a whole new way to approach putting your business name in the public eye. You will also be able to gather some information on those that are interested enough to click but not follow through.
